The same delivery times as always: 24-48 business hours for mainland Portugal and 48-96 business hours for Azores and Madeira. New arrivals receive the same priority treatment as all other stock, with careful packaging and a tracking code. Ordering immediately guarantees availability before they sell out.
Do new products sell out quickly or is there enough stock?
It depends on the type of piece. Products from brands with regular production (DUDU, some Caspari collections) generally have reasonable stock. Unique handmade jewellery pieces or decorative objects from our own Castilho brand sell quickly - when they sell out, they do not return. If you found something you really love, especially if indicated as a unique piece, don't hesitate too much.
Are new arrivals unique/limited pieces or will they be restocked?
It varies according to the brand and product - we always indicate in the description if it's a unique piece, limited edition, or part of a regular collection. Iluztro jewellery and our own Castilho brand are often unique. Ayalabar and Friyay produce small series. DUDU, Wapo, and some candles have more regular restocks.
