Return Policy – ​​CASTILHO CONCEPT STORE

1. Right to Free Termination

Under current legislation (Decree-Law No. 24/2014), the customer has the right to return their order within 14 days of receipt, without needing to state a reason.

2. Return Conditions

For the return to be accepted, the products must:
- Be in perfect condition, with no signs of use
- Contain the complete original packaging
- Must be returned within the legal period of 14 days after receipt

Products that are damaged, used or without original packaging will not be accepted for return.

3. Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of jewelry, namely earrings or items in direct contact with the skin or hair , except in cases of manufacturing defects.
These items are sent sealed and opening them invalidates the right to return.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, the customer must:
1. Send an email to brands@castilhoconceptstore.pt, indicating the order number and the items to be returned.
2. Wait for instructions from our team
3. Send the product to the indicated address, bearing the shipping costs

5. Refund

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the returned items, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the products have been received and inspected.

6. Defective Product or Incorrect Shipment

If the item is defective or if you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately at brands@castilhoconceptstore.pt.
In these cases, the return will be free of charge and we guarantee the replacement or refund.
